Are you ready to drink?

You can lead a horse to water can't make him drink.

That saying - at least versions of it - has been around for almost 500 years.  It popped up in conversation with my mom this morning. I instantly thought about the many people who have reached out asking about the Ideal Protein program. They saw a picture of Heather and I looking slim and trim, or saw a post about our weight loss/health results and instantly sent off a message wanting details.  We always respond quickly, but in more cases than not, life gets busy and those interested parties don't follow through.  You really have to be ready to "drink the water" if the Ideal Protein program is going to work its magic.

I have been in Phase 3, or the Maintenance Phase, for the better part of a month. We have successfully re-introduced healthy fats and high quality carbs to our diets.  In fact, last night at dinner Heather made delectable baked potato with melted cheese (lots of carbs).  Yummy.  On the scale this morning, I was still slightly under my target weight. In fact, through this entire phase, I have not gone above my goal weight more than a few ounces. It's incredible.

I have greatly reduced my use of Ideal Protein products. I only have two daily essentials.  I enjoy Salted Caramel Clusters after lunch (high quality protein - though it tastes sweet and salty) and my Nacho Cheese Dorados as an evening snack (also high quality protein). We also use Ideal Protein drink enhancers. This adds a dash of sweetness that makes drinking water way more interesting.

I was ready to drink the water, so to speak, back in January. I felt it in my body and I saw it in the mirror. I jumped into the Ideal Protein program and dropped a full 30 pounds in two and a half months. Most importantly, I am absolutely keeping it off.

Are you ready?  Has the time come to make a change that will result in a healthier, trimmer and happier you?  Reach out to us and ask about Ideal Protein. We would be thrilled to share our story and this doctor designed protocol. It has changed our lives. It could change yours, too.
