The sweat poured off of my forehead as I clocked out at 25 minutes before heading over to the mat to do my regular core exercises.
As I descended the main staircase at the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre I thought about how hard it was to go down after my first workout. Today, tackling those stairs was completely effortless. What a difference a week makes.
I'm going to keep this post extraordinarily short today as the past few days have been long and grueling. I need to soak in the tub and get to bed early. Someone told me that you lose the most weight while sleeping, so there's my excuse.
