Ideal Week

This will be a really short post, but I will share that I dropped a total of 8.9 pounds in my first week of the Ideal Protein program.  How did I do it?  Simple. I focused on “eating the sheet”. In other words, only eating the items and portions found on my Phase One sheet. 

I thought I would share two pictures of dinner meals that we had this week, to eliminate the thought that we are starving ourselves.
